Challenge Moderation

Working with nutrition, I hear all the time, "I eat in moderation so therefore I’m healthy.”
Can I beg to differ? We strive for excellence with careers. We challenge ourselves daily or weekly
with exercise programs to achieve success. Why is it okay to maintain moderation with the diet?
Optimal health is achievable through diet. Like activity, physical or mental, we must practice diet on a daily basis. Discover a fruit that you haven’t eaten before; read labels on everything that has one and be aware of consumption. Quality of food is crucial.

Eating whatever one wants in moderation is keeping issues at bay and weight down for awhile, but not the best for long term health. Success takes time and practice. Success accumulates. That is where excellence stems from.
