Getting ready for a 14 hour work day!

Honolulu and back in the same day, actually day and night, requires the right frame of mind and the right food. Taking canned wild salmon with greens, mamma chia cranberry lemonade, some granola and almond milk and some kiwis and apples. Oh and a Metagenics bar for emergency hunger. Check in at 3:15PM and back at 4:40 AM. I can do this!!!!
